Basic virtual tour of 5 to 7 scenes. $125.00
The basic tour will consist of 5 to 7 360 x 180 degree scenes. There will be 2 tours, a branded tour
for the agents advertising purposes. The second tour will be an unbranded tour identical to the first
except it will have realty360tours.com advertisement. This second tour can be used on any IDX.
The floor will consist of a small advertising cap to cover the tripod.
All tours are GGAR compliant. Posting to Realtor.com is available. Tour will be hosted free for 12
months.
All images will be a high resolution HDR format.

Virtual Tour scenes above 7: $15.00 each
Remove floor advertising cap when possible: $10.00 each
scene.
Still photography w/virtual tour.: $50.00
Still photography w/o virtual tour: $100.00

Still images will be in a slide show which will be linked to the virtual tour. Images will also be
available for your use on the MLS and other advertising material. Still images will be provided
on a CD.
Payment:
$50.00 nonrefundable deposit when photographer arrives
on site.
Balance due when client is satisfied with finished tour.
